To start 2016 on a high (and without any complicated resolutions) I am starting a new regular segment, if I can keep it up, which is A-ROSE (Accountable Rose). Some times it is far easier to hold yourself accountable for your goals if you share them with others. I want to set goals and talk about them to help me keep up with them and motivate, it has worked in the past with weight loss and progressing with hobbies so here I am ready to show 2016 who is boss. I hope you'll join me in making every day matter and trying to make it all that bit easier to keep up with.
