Feel the BURN

Well hello there my bright eyed bushy tailed readers, hope you're all enjoying this lovely grey weather.

Today I want to make a little confession. I have been feeling rubbish about myself quite a lot, I look at the scales and they're the same every week so why do I feel like a lump? Well I've decided to go back to strict food and drink regime that I did to help me lose my first 3 stone.

I wanna dress as Daenerys of Game of Thrones for Halloween so gotta shed this podge! Obviously it is more a full lifestyle change but having something to work towards always motivates me.



My tasks:

  1. No fizzy drinks; soda bad, water good. Not even diet ones! 
  2. WATER, drink it all! Get those 8 cups a day mofo. 
  3. Exercise like a loony, get at least 30 minutes cardio a day & 3 days a week of weight training. 
  4. Protein & Veg, gotta eat clean. I don't eat enough foods so I end up craving and nomming chocolate or pasta. If I eat all day I won't want filling naughty foods. 
  5. Cut down caffeine, that stuff messes with my energy levels.  
  6. Love me, I don't love me enough. I am fortunate to be who I am. 
So there you have it, I didn't want to make these sorts of posts but I know it motivates me if I talk about it.

  1. You are lovely and amazing and really should love you more. I went for my gym induction last week and he advised for the best results in cardio don't just run for 30 min you'd be better doing 30 seconds walk 30 seconds running for 10 minutes as it increases our metabolisims better.

  2. Yeh I tend to do C25K which consists of building up from walk/jog/run alternations. Thanks for the tip lovely :)
